Our RUn series intersects two spectrums of recreation: the physical side and the creative side, while focusing it all on mental health and celebrating community.
The event includes a short, mindful run focusing our energy into the mental and meditative aspects of running. No timing. No bibs. Just you and the run!
A mural is created and designed by rotating local artists based on their interpretations and experiences with mental health, as well as the mission of our series.
Paid registrants receive some swag, and all registrants have a good time with good people!
Come join us for our next RUn!

With the help of SUP Pups, our paddleboard program welcomes any and all humans and dogs alike for a day on the water.
Dog or no dog, service dog or no service dog, the water can be a powerful medium for mental health. We combine that with man's best friend, giving attendees an opportunity to bond with their pups, meet new adoptable pups to take out on the water or maybe even home, learn about Emotional Support Animal services, and connect with others in the community!
Enjoy a photo booth and photo op with your pups, paddleboard demo, mini paddleboarding lessons, a group paddle out, and plenty of food, refreshments, and s'mores.
Come paddle with us!
We LOVE skateboarding, so it felt only right to offer an annual skateboarding program.
At our Skate Jam, we introduce skateboarding and stoke some kids in need out with new gear and equipment through a private clinic, afterwards opening it up to all skateboarders 18 years old and under for open skate sessions and contests. We also throw in a professional skateboarding demo, and a BIG main contest for cash, all while raising funds for our organization, and collecting essential items for families in need to take home.
The purpose of this program is to bring skateboarding, and its community to local, financially disadvantaged kids, whom otherwise might not have access. Children from families living in poverty are 3 times more likely to suffer from mental health issues, and experience a significant amount of trauma in which they have very little resources to seek or find help. Skateboarding provides benefits both recreationally, and mentally, teaches independence, patience, self-forgiveness, perseverance, and is FUN!
